Lightbulb How to schedule the day

The couple and photographer should discuss beforehand a rough time line of the day. For example, how long it would take to cover post ceremony photos to avoid frustration on both the new couple and the photographer’s part. Photographers could even schedule some of the requested formals pre-ceremony and intimate photos during the reception. In fact, you brides should fill out an approximate time line guide yourself if the photographer doesn't provide one, which would help you coordinate the entire day and show it to all other vendors to ensure the day runs smoother as everyone works together. Knowing what to expect can reduce tension. I feel that when everyone is on the same page, the photographer actually has more freedom to be more creative because expectations are more clear and they don't have to waste time figuring out what's going on and interrupt with questions. Make sure your photographer knows what's going on because they will be there the entire day! Any other photographers care to comment on this or share their ideas so brides know how to plan this?
